Methods of Payment

• We accept payment by cheque, cash, on-line, debit, credit or e-transfer

• If writing a cheque, please ensure it is made out to "Pioneer Gas Co-op Limited".  Banks may refuse the cheque if the name is not completely written out. 

• Cash, debit or credit are accepted at the office.  Credit Card payments over $1000.00 will be subject to a 3% service fee.  If you wish to make a credit card payment over the phone, please call 403-641-3632.

• Pioneer is set up as a "Payee" for most all financial institutions for on-line payments.  If you are setting up your online payment with us, be aware that Pioneer Gas Co-op Ltd. issues 7-digit account numbers.  Depending on the financial institution, you may have to delete the decimal point and use the 7 digits of your account number.  Some financial institutions will only accept 8 digits, in which case you may have to add a zero to your account number.

• E-transfers are to be sent to pioneer@eidnet.org

• Parts invoices may be paid on-line.  If you are a customer, please use your gas account number as the account number.  It is preferable to pay a parts invoice as a separate payment from your gas payment to ensure proper credit to the invoice.  If you are not a member, use 0000000 as the account number.
